Where can I buy Swissline products?

Swissline products are available in selected department stores, Flagship stores and Spas worldwide. In Greece, there is the first flagship store in Athens, specifically in the area of Kifissia (Kolokotroni 1). You can also place an order on our website www.swisssline-cosmetics.gr through which we deliver orders to Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

At www.swissline-cosmetics.gr we understand how important security is to you when you order online. That is why we have partnered with Viva Online Services which has made all necessary provisions to ensure maximum possible transaction security for all data entered in Swisslines website. During all the steps of an online transaction through our website all data is encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) based on certificates by Thawte (a Verisign subsidiary). Where are the online orders shipped from?

All online orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Athens, Greece. International and domestic orders are delivered using DHL Express or ACS Courier services. Please refer to Shipping & Tax for information about international shipment and import taxes & duties. 

Can I return a product, purchased online, to a department store?

Products purchased on www.swissline-cosmetics.gr may only be exchanged on www.swissline-cosmetics.gr. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can I return a product purchased in a store or spa to www.swissline-cosmetics.com?

Unfortunately, Swissline products must be returned only at the place where they were purchased.

How does Swissline conduct product safety testing?

Swissline follows all REACH and EU regulations. Our products undergo all the clinical / safety tests required by law. The raw materials are proven for their efficacy.

What is Swissline doing about reach, the new EU chemicals regulation?

We follow the REACH regulations for packaging and formulas.

Does Swissline test on animals?

Dermalab S.A. does not perform any animal tests on its finished products sold and marketed under the trademark Swissline by Dermalab, nor does it ask others to test on animals on its behalf.
