- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The following sales terms and conditions ("Terms" or "Conditions") apply to the offer and sale of products through the website (www.swissline-cosmetics.gr)
1.2. In order to be able to purchase products on our website, consumers must: (a) be at least 18 years old or, if underage, have duly obtained parental consent and (b) be consumers, i.e. natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, manufacturing, scientific and generally professional activity.
1.3. This contract is drawn up in Greek and is governed by Greek Law.
1.4. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we can change or end the contract, how to act if you have a problem and other important information. If you think there is a mistake in these terms (or require any changes), please contact us to discuss them before submitting your order.
- GENERAL TERMS
2.1. The website swissline-cosmetics.gr includes the online store of ALELI I.K.E.
2.2. The company with the name ALELI I.K.E. is the exclusive distributor of SWISSLINE by DERMALAB products for Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. Has Τ.Ι.Ν. 801454624, Tax Office Kifissia, based in Kifissia, Attica, Greece, at 1 Kolokotroni street, with General Commercial Registry number (G.E.MH.) 157216401000.

2.4. This particular online store enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed directly about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases online.
Intellectual Property Rights and Trademark
All website design, text, graphics, selection and settings are the property of ALELI I.K.E. and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.
4.1 General The company with the name ALELI I.K.E., is the entity in charge of processing the personal data of the visitor/registered user and controls the processing of his data on the online service pages of swissline-cosmetics.gr.
4.2 For the processing of your data as described below, the company with the name ALELI I.K.E. is based on the following legal bases:
• Execution of contract: In order for the visitor/registered user-customer to complete his orders on the swissline-cosmetics.gr website, it is necessary to process the personal data he provides during registration and the registration of his order on the order registration form and the recording of its transactions.
• Legitimate interests: The processing of personal data is necessary for the improvement of the services of the company under the name ALELI I.K.E. (processing of statistical and non-identifiable data) to detect attempted fraud as well as to safeguard the legal interests of the company with the brand name ALELI I.K.E..
• Consent: Registered users-customers are asked to give their explicit consent to the following processing purposes: sending informational / promotional messages and the analysis of their consumer behavior (profile) exclusively based on automated processing.
4.3 Update, processing and purposes of processing:
The company ALELI I.K.E. informs the visitor/registered user and the visitor/registered user acknowledges that they are aware of the following:
- Processing of Personal Data: ALELI I.K.E. will process the personal data of the visitor/registered user-customer, as stated by him during the creation of his account and in his order in the data registration form, in order to complete his specific order through our online store.
- Furthermore, and since the visitor/registered user has given his/her consent, the company ALELI I.K.E. will be able to process his personal data for the purpose of sending commercial informational and promotional messages and/or for the preparation of a purchasing profile of the user-customer, the improvement of the management of its clientele and the operation of its online store swissline-cosmetics.gr
4.4 Electronic Orders, Type of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing.
4.4.1 Basic processing.
The user/customer has the possibility to choose 2 ways in order to complete an online order and declare his personal data:
- As a visitor: In this case the personal data of the visitor/customer will be kept in the files of ALELI I.K.E. until the completion of his specific order, with the exception of only the transaction data for tax reasons and their processing will only concern the execution of the sales contract.
- As a registered user of the online store: In this case the customer/user has created a user account in our online store and his personal data will be kept in the company's files until he requests their deletion. The user/customer can at any time change or correct their data by logging into their swissline-cosmetics.gr account with their username and password.
4.2 In order to carry out any transaction through the online store (swissline-cosmetics.gr) of ALELI I.K.E. and to place orders for the company's products, the following are requested:
- full name
- shipping address of the products and the postal code of the area
- billing address of the order (if it is different from the shipping address)
- invoicing information (if payment by invoice has been selected, additional information will be requested such as Company Name, Profession, D.O.Y and A.F.M.)
- contact mobile and landline number
- the electronic address (e-mail) of the customer
4.4.3 In the event that products are requested to be delivered to a third party other than the visitor/registered user, the latter acknowledges that he will have full responsibility for the information and full consent of the person, designated as the recipient, for the notification of the of his personal data to the company ALELI I.K.E. for the sole purpose of delivering to it, the relevant products and assumes full responsibility for any claims of this person against the company ALELI I.K.E.
4.4.4 The credit card details are not stored in the company's storage media during the transaction but are registered directly in a secure environment of the collaborating company (VIVA ELECTRONICS SERVICES MON EPE.) which has undertaken the routing of the cards.
4.4.5 The purpose of the basic processing of the data is the execution of the contract and the completion of the specific order, the communication with the user-customer and the sending of informational messages concerning the stages of the processing of the order, the provision of clarifications related to the order and in general, the information about purchases made, the delivery of the order to the location of the user-customer's choice, the confirmation and identification of the user-customer in any necessary case and the information about the existing stock at swissline-cosmetics.gr.
The visitor/registered user is informed that the provision of the above mandatory personal data as well as the details of his transactions are necessary and are a prerequisite for the correct execution of the contract of order and delivery of products and services. For this reason, the consent of the user-customer is not required for this specific processing.
4.4.6 Every user-customer who uses swissline-cosmetics.gr is informed that his personal data concerning the receipt, execution and delivery of an order as well as questions about purchases, products and services of ALELI I.K.E. and the orders on swissline-cosmetics.gr will be processed for the purpose of serving the user-customers both by the competent employees of ALELI I.K.E. as well as from the third party recipients and/or processors on its behalf in the context of the execution of an order. These third party recipients are transport companies, individual or group delivery companies, internet and e-commerce service providers and customer service call centers with whom the ALELI I.K.E. company cooperates.No other processing or transmission of user-customer data will be done by ALELI I.K.E. and its online store (swissline-cosmetics.gr) except for the processing under 6.9 below for which ALELI I.K.E. has received the prior consent of user-customers or if required by Law or a competent supervisory or judicial authority.
4.5 Processing requiring consent.
4.5.1 To send the registered user-customer commercial informative and promotional messages from ALELI I.K.E. and the online store swissline-cosmetics.gr the registered user/customer must have previously given their express consent.The Purpose for this processing of the data of the registered user - customer is to send commercial promotional messages of ALELI I.K.E. and/or its third-party partners to the registered user-customer, the provision of special offers and discounts of swissline-cosmetics.gr, the availability of new or alternative products, the communication of swissline-cosmetics.gr documents. You have the possibility to revoke this consent at any time and not to receive such communications from swissline-cosmetics.gr by sending your request via e-mail to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
4.5.2 ALELI I.K.E. also informs its registered user/customer that it may process his personal data and conduct research to improve its services to registered users/customers. In the context of this processing, the company ALELI I.K.E. has the ability to record their needs, proceed with the necessary actions to promote its appropriate products and services, in order to improve its customer management and promote its products. In order for registered users / customers to receive personalized offers and updates based on the purchases they have made in the company's online store, they must give their consent to the analysis of their consumer behavior (profiling) based exclusively on automated processing and in particular of the following data generated by the user-customer transactions:
- Products purchased at swissline-cosmetics.gr
- Frequency of visits to swissline-cosmetics.gr
- Products he has put in his cart or in his favorites list at swissline-cosmetics.gr
- Demographic data declared by swissline-cosmetics.gr
- Years of stay as a registered user-customer at swissline-cosmetics.gr
- Participation in promotions
- Expenditure made during the purchase at swissline-cosmetics.gr
- Order history at swissline-cosmetics.gr
The purpose of this specific processing is to optimize the purchasing experience of registered users-customers, to reward them personally, to communicate products and services adapted to the needs of the ALELI I.K.E. customer base, to receive from registered users- customers of personalized offers and updates that directly concern them as well as the invitation to participate, with or without reward, in surveys for the formation of the ALELI I.K.E. website, for the evaluation of market trends and for the evaluation of products and of the services based on the purchases he has made. The visitor/registered user-customer is informed that his personal data may be processed by ALELI I.K.E. even without his consent in case of fulfillment of its obligations under law, such as when the relevant data is requested by the tax and banking authorities in the context of audits or the competent supervisory and judicial authorities.
4.5.3 Recipients of Data: For the data necessary to serve each of the above processing purposes and within the scope of the responsibilities of each recipient, the recipients of the data of the registered user-customer are or may be:
- The competent employees of ALELI I.K.E.
- The tax authorities and the banking authorities in case of a relevant audit
4.5.4 Data subject rights: Each registered user-customer, as a data subject, may at any time exercise his rights, as provided for in the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 679/2016 EU. and in particular articles 12 to 23 thereof and national legislation and in particular:
- the right to information and access to the data processed by ALELI I.K.E.
- the right to restrict the processing of his data
- the right to correct or delete part or all of his personal data
- the right to object, i.e., to raise objections to the processing of his personal data

ALELI IKE company declares that no other use of the personal data of the visitor/registered user will be made for purposes other than those mentioned in this policy without prior information and, where necessary, consent.
- PRODUCTS - AVAILABILITY - FEATURES - SHIPPING
5.1 The products available for sale, their characteristics, prices and available stock, can be found at swissline-cosmetics.gr and are accessible to everyone. Users can search for more information about each product by clicking on the product icon. The company ALELI I.K.E. guarantees timely information to customers regarding the availability or non-availability of the products, but bears no responsibility for their availability. The company ALELI I.K.E. makes every possible effort every day to provide all the required information for each product (technical characteristics, prices, etc.). However, in order to limit any errors, we would recommend that you contact us before completing any purchase in cases where the prices or any other feature is beyond the usual and reasonable. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while the online store swissline-cosmetics.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices without being obliged to inform the consumer public.
5.2 Orders are processed and delivered only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
5.3 We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes. If an order is not delivered due to your negligence (e.g., we are not allowed access to your property), you may be charged additional costs incurred by us as a result. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or reschedule delivery we may terminate the sale.
5.4 Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are indicated separately on the order form and on the shipping note. There are no shipping charges for purchases over the amount that may be stated on the Website.
5.5 In accordance with applicable law, products must be delivered within thirty (30) days of the day after the customer places the order, unless we notify the customer, including by email, within the same period, for products ordered that are unavailable, including temporarily unavailable.
- CHANGES / RETURNS
6.1 We are committed to offering our customers the best cosmetic products available. If the customer feels that products received from us do not meet this expectation or for any other reason, in accordance with applicable law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products, without specifying any reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the products were received by the customer.
6.2 Before returning the products, please contact our customer service team by calling (+30) 210 6233900 (Monday – Friday 10:30am – 6:30pm) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org guide you in relation to the return process, tell us the reasons for the return or discuss any other matter you wish regarding the return of the products.
6.3 In order to facilitate the process, we recommend that the customer follow the instructions of our customer service partners, who can arrange for the partner courier company to collect the package from you and return it to our warehouse.
6.4 The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by logging in to their profile and filling out the corresponding return information form available in their profile. You may ship products to us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the day you acquire physical possession of the products. Products must be returned in the original ('as new') condition in which they were delivered to the customer, who must specifically ensure that the products have not been altered, modified or used.
6.6 If the customer returns products for reasons other than product defects, or shortages or errors in delivery, they must bear the cost of shipping the products back to us. If the return is made via the partner courier company, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded/credited to the customer. The amount that will be deducted for the return amounts to 6 euros (this amount may be modified according to the policy of the courier company that applies from time to time). If the customer chooses to use another courier company, he must immediately pay the return shipping costs.
6.7 Each return will be made to the following address: ALELIII.KE, (SWISSLINE by DERMALAB) Kolokotroni 1, 14562 Kifisia Attica, Greece.
6.8 In any case, we are not obliged to refund/credit additional shipping costs if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the most economical method offered by us (and displayed on our website).
6.9 Refunds will only be made via the payment method used for the original order. For payments by credit / debit card, the refund is made directly to the card used for payment. Especially for orders paid by Cash on Delivery or IRIS Online Payments, the customer must provide us with a bank account (IBAN) in order for us to credit the corresponding amount.
6.10 We strongly recommend that you send the parcel containing the returned products by registered delivery service (which requires a signature on receipt). We are not responsible for returning products lost in transit to us.
6.11 Regardless of the method of returning the products, customers are requested to retain proof of dispatch (e.g., courier receipt) to certify that they have returned the products in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned goods.
6.12 The above terms apply exclusively to purchases made online. Products purchased in store are subject to each store's return policy. Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a store or partner retail outlet cannot be returned or exchanged on SWISSLINE by DERMALAB Online. Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a SWISSLINE by DERMALAB store or checkout.
- NON-CONFORMITY / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
7.1 In case of proven defective products, the customer has the right to choose one of the following options: (a) to request, without being charged, the replacement of the products, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate costs, (b) to request a reduction price, or (c) withdraw from the online sales contract.
7.2 In the event of incomplete or incorrect delivery we will undertake, at our own expense, to remedy the error and provide the customer with the correct quantity of the products selected by him.
- DOWNLOAD / DELETE DATA ACCORDING TO GDPR:
In our online store you have the possibility to download or delete the personal data collected by us. If you are a registered user, you should login to your account and by clicking on your account icon you will see the two options (Delete and View) that we have prepared for you. In any other case or if you have ordered as a guest in our online store, you can again request the sending of your data or their deletion by sending us an email through the information you will find on our contact page.
- OTHER MATERIAL TERMS
10.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will always notify you in writing if this happens and ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under this contract.
10.2 You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person with our prior written consent.
10.3 This contract is entered into between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce any of its terms. None of us will have to obtain the consent or agreement of any other person in order to terminate the contract or make any changes to these terms.
10.4 Each present term or paragraph hereof applies separately. If any court or competent authority determines that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
10.5 The protection provided by the law in relation to distance contracts, as well as these General Terms of Sale, only apply to contracts with natural persons acting for purposes that do not fall within their commercial, business, craft or professional activity.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as this Website are governed by Greek and European Community Law and must be interpreted in accordance with Greek and European Community Law. In the event that the customer chooses to access this site from a country other than Greece or a non-EU country, he is obliged to comply with the laws of that country.
11.2 Any disputes arising from or in relation to the interpretation, validity and/or application of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Hellenic Republic.
